A Perl/Tk GUI for echolinux

This is an alternate GUI for the echolinux command-line program written by Jeff Pierce WD4NMQ (wd4nmq@comcast.net).

This is beta software, all comments and feedback welcomed.

You can download echolinux_perl_tk_gui.tar from here, which is the GUI and all documentation. Version number 0.02 is currently downloadable.

Jeff's echolinux command-line program can be downloaded from http://cqinet.sourceforge.net/.

I found there wasn't much information about the technical details of echolinux (or EchoLink), so I wrote my own echolinux technical details.
